You earn points:

Your rewards are directly accessible from your loyalty area.

Your points are valid for 12 months.

Points are automatically credited once the order has been validated.

In case of cancellation or return, points will be automatically deducted.

The Powder Club consists of 3 statuses: Crush, Seduced, and In Love.

• The Crush status is the initial level, accessible as soon as you create your account.
  
• You move up to Seduced status once you have spent €150.
  
• The In Love status is accessible once you have spent €350.

Your status depends on the total amount of your purchases: the more you order, the higher you advance.

Each time you reach a higher level, you unlock new benefits: you earn more points with each order, access more exclusive rewards, and enjoy privileges reserved for the most loyal members.

Your progression is automatic: as soon as you reach the threshold for the next status, you immediately gain access to it.

Your status is always visible in your loyalty area on your account.

Once achieved, your status is maintained for 12 months from the date of access.

At the end of this period, your status will be re-evaluated based on your purchases over the last 12 months, and you will then benefit from the advantages corresponding to this new level.
